The 2024 Annual Work Meeting of the Technical Committee of the Shanghai Construction Machinery Safety Intelligent Control Engineering Technology Research Center Successfully Held

Recently, the 2024 Annual Work Meeting of the Technical Committee of the Shanghai Construction Machinery Safety Intelligent Control Engineering Technology Research Center was held at the Xuhui Campus of SRIBS Group. Attendees included Chen Xiaoming, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Construction Group; Jiang Yan, Vice President, Zhou Hongbo, Chief Engineer; Wang Zhuolin, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Department; Yang Jianrong, Party Secretary and Executive Director; and Xu Qingfeng, Chief Engineer from SRIBS. The meeting was also attended by members of the Technical Committee, key personnel from the center, and relevant officials from the Research Management Department of the SRIBS. The meeting was chaired by Xu Qingfeng.

Jiang Yan delivered a speech at the meeting, highlighting that the "14th Five-Year Plan" of SRIBS Group has identified intelligent manufacturing and digital services as key development directions. She expressed the expectation that the center would stay abreast of current trends, continue to explore innovations, and drive industry progress through technological advancements. SRIBS Group will provide strong support for the center's development and necessary resources.

Chen Xiaoming chaired the annual work meeting of the center’s Technical Committee. Han Wenhe, the Deputy Director of the center, provided a detailed report on the center's construction goals, work progress, achievements, and next steps. The committee members acknowledged the center’s research outcome and offered guidance on the challenges and shortcomings. They also proposed suggestions for the future work direction.

Yang Jianrong, representing the center’s supporting organization, Shanghai Research Institute of Building Science, expressed his gratitude for the continued support from the committee members. He looked forward to deepening collaboration with Tongji University, and to jointly promote the center’s development more effectively and rapidly.

Zhou Hongbo praised the center's team for their innovative outcome and hard work, and expressed gratitude for the valuable suggestions provided by the attending experts. He emphasized that the center should continue to focus on talent development, pursue ongoing innovation, and efficient growth. He also stressed the importance of paying attention to the industrialization and scaling of research outcome.
